Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day

Expected Hours and Shift

The expected hours for this role are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in the AM Shift (9 AM - 5 PM EST). Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a temporary, part-time employee, you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.

Role Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • A passion for and understanding of the careerzynith brands, customers, and products
  • Access to consistently stable internet connection

Pay Range

The hourly pay rate for this role is USD $15.00 per hour.
