The Role

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be the bridge between our customers, product, and sales teams. You'll drive AI adoption by scaling innovative hiring workflows with forward-thinking teams, take ownership of a high-leverage, high-visibility role at a leading AI startup, and shape the future of hiring by defining how AI transforms real-world recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and driving success through strategic thinking and product expertise.

  • Create and refine scalable playbooks that maximize customer value, drive retention and growth, and optimize customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Analyze product usage and account health metrics to guide prioritization and outreach, and serve as a trusted advisor and AI thought leader by sharing best practices and helping customers unlock careerzynith's full potential.
  • Advocate for customers internally by providing data-driven insights that shape our Product and Sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies that drive growth and retention.

You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager who has:

  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or fast-paced, customer-facing roles at high-growth B2B startups.
  • A strong academic foundation and analytical thinking.
  • Proven ability to engage with both executive stakeholders and operational end users, understanding their different needs and success metrics.
  • Strategic, data-driven, and relentlessly curious.
  • A natural communicator who can distill complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by experimentation. Test, learn, adapt.
