Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and escalating complex issues to senior team members. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, and your role will be critical in building trust and loyalty with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members and provide updates to customers
  • Provide product information and training to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
