Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and contributing to the growth and success of careerzynith.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and close out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders, verifying details and ensuring accuracy

• Assist technicians with order closeouts, handling internal escalations, and ensuring orders are accepted and rolled on
• Update information through data entry, run reports, and update trackers as needed
• Assist with logistics and system-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal/external customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Follow-through and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently, with a willingness to research and suggest creative solutions
• Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency

Schedule

* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift

• 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
