The Role: Cyber Security Analyst As a Cyber Security Analyst with Serverless Solutions, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our customers from cyber threats. Your expertise will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their technology, and you'll be responsible for:

• Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data
• Conducting regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks
• Investigating security breaches and incidents, and providing incident response
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Monitoring security events for unusual activities and potential threats
• Responding to security incidents and providing incident analysis
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into IT projects
• Staying up-to-date on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies

Key Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Security Specialist or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of system security principles and practices
• Experience with some combination of MITRE, CIS, NIST, and computer forensics techniques
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL
• Understanding of Information Security standards and best practices
• Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) for Windows environments
• Experience with SIEM tools, Microsoft Defender, and Sentinel
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities efficiently
