Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. You'll work closely with employees and customers to collect information, identify errors, and update our systems in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

* Gather reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients

• Scan through information to identify pertinent details and correct errors
• Organize information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
• Create accurate spreadsheets and enter information into relevant databases
• Ensure data is backed up and inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered
• Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant field (data entry, customer support, or administration)
• Good command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
• Proficient touch typing skills
