Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk Remote, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: Enter information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content.
- Data Review: Review all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Error Detection: Compare data with source documents and utilize documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors, reporting them to supervisors as needed.
- Task Management: Manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency while effectively multi-tasking, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met.

Available Shifts and Compensation
