Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for

  • Locating and inputting data for 12 specific attributes per document across approximately 330 documents
  • Identifying the contract type for each document
  • Finding and recording the effective date for each document
  • Entering the data values into a provided worksheet
  • Consulting with the Legal team as needed for any clarifications
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience using a MacBook
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
