Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. You'll work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to process trade deals, reconcile transactions, and resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/ addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents
- Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
- Analyzing complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
- Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile
- Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
- Interacting with and embodying TD Ameritrade Cleaning in our daily connections with fund businesses, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external company partners
Duties and Responsibilities
* Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identifying and addressing client/Advisor amount exceptions
- Meeting regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
- Getting Back Together across BOS and Fund Companies
- Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
- Troubleshooting internal/external system improvements or concerns
- Identifying the root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
- Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Client or Company Companion Service
- Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
- Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
- Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands
