About the Role

We're offering a unique opportunity to work remotely as a Data Entry Specialist, with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation. As a full-time or part-time team member, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy before submission.

  • Assisting with additional administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data across various systems.

  • Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy before submission.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Data Audits: Perform regular data audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • File Management: Organize and manage files and documents.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or higher preferred).

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative, or related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM).
  • Must be a U.S. resident and able to work remotely.

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
