The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks related to dental insurance claims processing, downloading and uploading images from a client portal to the careerzynith portal, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of data into our systems. You will adhere to HIPAA policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive patient information. This is a remote contract position open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States, with a preference for PT or MT time zones.

Responsibilities:

* Perform data entry tasks related to dental insurance claims processing

• Download and upload images from a client portal to the careerzynith portal
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into our systems
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive patient information
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
• Work core US business hours, preferably in PT or MT time zones
• Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in data entry is required

• Familiarity with dental insurance claims or healthcare data entry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to comply with HIPAA policies and maintain data security
• Ability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
• Familiarity with dental insurance claims or healthcare data entry is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Chrome and Microsoft Office
