Job Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks

• Data Entry and Record Management Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system. Ensure that all data is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible for our sales and service teams.
• Schedule Appointments Schedule appointments and meetings for sales or service teams by contacting leads, maintaining calendars, and ensuring accurate communication of meeting details. This includes coordinating with clients, sales teams, and service teams to ensure seamless communication and timely meetings.
• Booking and Coordination Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients.
• Customer Service Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Respond promptly to customer concerns and provide timely solutions to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
• Travel Advisory Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and safety guidelines to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
• Problem Solving Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with our sales and service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need

• Experience Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry. This includes working with clients, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems. You'll also need to be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software.
• Organization Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a remote work environment. This includes meeting deadlines, managing competing priorities, and maintaining accurate records.
• Problem-Solving Capacity to handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. This includes analyzing problems, identifying solutions, and communicating effectively with clients and team members.
• Flexibility Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required, to accommodate client needs and time zones. This includes being available to work during peak travel seasons and responding to customer inquiries outside of regular business hours.
