Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, upselling and cross-selling our products and services, and providing personalized recommendations to meet our customers' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve complex customer issues, including billing and technical support
  • Upsell and cross-sell careerzynith products and services to meet customer needs
  • Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with careerzynith products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working with careerzynith products and services
  • Advanced typing and keyboarding skills
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
