Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including email and live chat. You'll also be responsible for efficiently handling data entry tasks with accuracy and speed, ensuring all customer interactions are logged correctly. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, maintain customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, updating records, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email and live chat
  • Efficiently handling data entry tasks with accuracy and speed, ensuring all customer interactions are logged correctly

Qualifications
