Roles and Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Assistant at careerzynith, your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts. This includes:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Sharing sales links and providing discounts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Providing exceptional customer support and enhancing the overall user experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to deliver informed and accurate responses

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Immediate start with no prior experience required
  • Fully remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:
