About the Role

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our veterinary partners to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide product recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect directly with veterinary centers to organize prescription orders, resolve customer issues, and explain order requests

• Examine and issue resolve to determine suitable solutions for the customer and facility partners, and follow-up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
• Complete data entry of prescriptions into careerzynith's healthcare software
• Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Work with empathy, undivided attention, patience, sympathy, and generosity to customers and partners alike
• Work with a willingness to learn. We share feedback, we receive input, and we work in a culture of being open to growth. Many of our colleagues have grown into different roles and administrative positions, so having a long-term career focus is great.
• Speak with veterinary facilities via telephone (sometimes other stations depending on the situation) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record center note accounts, so being thorough is crucial.
• Expect a significant portion of the business day will be outbound veterinary facility/customer telephone contacts.

What You'll Need

* Show exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)

• Ability to multitask (for example, chat on the phone while exploring on the PC and taking notes)
• Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out to detail
• Capability with Microsoft Outlook
• High school education or equivalent
• Should be able to maintain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
• Decisive reasoning abilities
• Exhibited ability to perform multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adjust to change as per the business needs of the organization
• Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work longer than required on a case-by-case basis by the specialty unit
• Should be able to demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data
• Should be able to pass background check
