About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our paid media examination capability, driving business growth, and informing strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Conveying insights and recommendations in the space of paid media * Planning and executing the development of examination, BI, and data science projects fully focused on streamlining visible paid media and improving marketing efficiencies * Collaborating with paid media data science teams and marketing teams on implementing media blend models * Directing ad-hoc investigations through database querying, followed by astute interpretation of results and the detailing and communication of proposals that drive action * Serving as a liaison with marketing, finance, and product groups to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach * Utilizing Organized Inquiry Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Success, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and Adhoc reports * Examining data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis * Collaborating with partners to leverage data (internal data from careerzynith and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and advertising agencies) and address complex business challenges by conveying meaningful insights * Conceptualizing and running investigations that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and refine our value proposition

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce or related field * High-level SQL experience * High-level involvement in at least one industry analytics and measurement perception device (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI) * Master in Success with a demonstrated history * Degree in data science, business, finance, data innovation, statistics, math, or other related field

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: * You enjoy working in a team of highly connected individuals * You have a passion for numbers, data, and analytics, as well as conveying meaningful insights of high quality * Strong bias for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal direction and tight deadlines * Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with both business leadership and technical teams effectively * Experience with participation, membership-based, or media content organizations * Experience with and/or interest in learning more about state-of-the-art data science approaches * Programming languages: knowledge of Python * Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS * Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
