Job Description

As a Remote Chat Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries on our website live chat feature. You will need to provide support and sales-related information to customers to ensure their queries are resolved in a timely manner. This is a full-time or part-time position that offers the ability to work independently with support from our virtual team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Availability for 8 Hours per Day: Be available for 8 hours per day to ensure that you can respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: Have a reliable internet connection to ensure that you can access our website and respond to customer inquiries without any issues.

  • Self-Motivated: You will need to be self-motivated to ensure that you are meeting the expected standards of service.
  • Access to a Device to Access Social Media and Website Chat Functions: You will need to have a device that can access social media and website chat functions such as a phone, tablet, or laptop.
