About the Role

As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face and voice of careerzynith, providing top-notch customer service to our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for managing a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and resolution-focused. Your exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills will enable you to navigate complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners' insurance clients and their customers, ensuring a positive and resolution-focused experience

  • Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, utilizing various communication channels to address client inquiries and concerns
  • Document all client communication across multiple platforms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their customers, providing timely and effective support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of homeowner's insurance policies and procedures
  • Ability to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* 4+ years of insurance experience, with a strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) or proficiency in other languages
  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a related field

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • Variable schedule, including hours between 8:30am-6:00pm EST Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required
  • Open concept work environment, with a light to moderate noise level
