Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist - Work from Home, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Engagement: Actively monitor live chat channels, responding to customer inquiries in real-time with accuracy and relevance. Provide prompt, knowledgeable responses on a broad range of topics pertaining to our services, billing inquiries, account information, and technical support.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist - Work from Home, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a customer service role, preferably with live chat experience in a technical or energy-related field.
