Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in engaging with Spotify users through live chat to provide exceptional customer support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with Spotify users through live chat to provide exceptional customer support
  • Assisting users with account-related inquiries, technical issues, and billing questions
  • Effectively navigating and utilizing internal databases to retrieve user information and resolve issues
  • Accurately documenting interactions and solutions in our customer support system

Qualifications:
