What You'll Be Doing
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on behalf of our clients' customers. This will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Delivering discount codes and providing sales links to customers
- Working closely with our clients to understand their products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to live chat messages on a company's website or social media accounts
- Provide customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver discount codes and provide sales links to customers
- Work closely with our clients to understand their products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients' customers
Essential Qualifications:
* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
- 5+ hours of availability per week
- Reliable internet connection

* Previous customer service experience (not required, but a plus)
