Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics – Paid Media Examination and Insights to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability to surface actionable insights for our Chief Initiative group. You'll work closely with marketing teams to identify ways to optimize the efficiency of our paid media spend and develop revealing and examinations to inform and drive business decisions. Your expertise will be critical in developing KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of paid media examination capabilities to surface actionable insights for the Chief Initiative group
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities to optimize paid media spend and develop strategies to drive efficiency
- Develop revealing and examinations to inform business decisions and drive results
- Create and communicate custom detailing and examinations to illuminate paid media strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive results
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- Experience working with paid media data and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working with SQL and data manipulation languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Certification in analytics or a related field (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Data Scientist)
