Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments, and respond to voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers

• Make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction
• Transfer calls to various departments as needed
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues and escalating complex concerns when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
