Job Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering and filtering emails while providing support to the team
  • Managing incoming support tickets from clients and providing timely email updates
  • Coordinating appointments with clients and prospects using Google Calendar
  • Organizing documents in Google Drive and creating Google spreadsheets
  • Assisting the episode production team as needed
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve client inquiries and issues
  • Providing excellent written communication skills for email correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Key Qualifications:

* Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts

  • Strong attention to detail in managing tasks and communication
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace, including Google Calendar, Drive, and Spreadsheets
  • Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or support roles

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems for managing client inquiries
  • Experience with project coordination or scheduling
  • Knowledge of episode production processes or media production
  • Experience working in a remote team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
