Job Summary

As an Admin/Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, data processing, and clerical support functions. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, can work independently, and enjoys a flexible work schedule. You will be working with our growing remote team to ensure the smooth operation of our business, and your contributions will play a vital role in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems

  • Perform data verification to ensure data integrity and quality
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information securely
  • Respond to emails, process digital files, and complete online forms
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as needed
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems
  • Communicate with internal teams for clarification or follow-ups as necessary
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or IT are a plus

  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using digital communication platforms such as Zoom, Slack, or Teams
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer or laptop

Experience

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar remote role is preferred but not mandatory

  • Entry-level candidates with strong digital literacy and motivation are encouraged to apply
  • On-the-job training and support will be provided

Working Hours

• Choose from flexible shift options: + Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or Night shifts + Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) or Full-time (up to 40 hours/week) + Weekend and holiday shifts available for extra income + Set your own schedule based on availability and productivity
