Job Summary

As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, while also driving sales and growth for careerzynith. You'll be responsible for inbound and outbound calling, scheduling appointments, presenting insurance products, and selling/up-selling benefits packages to new and existing clients. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and benefits, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects

  • Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits packages
  • Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video calls
  • Selling and up-selling insurance to new and existing clients
  • Completing applications for insurance products
  • Reporting daily numbers and tracking progress
  • Attending optional training classes to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Completing tasks required by underwriters to get clients approved for coverage

Minimum Qualifications

* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients

  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
  • Life Insurance License (if you don't have one, license fees will apply)

* Working computer and reliable internet connection

  • Cell phone with unlimited long distance calling
  • Access to Wi-Fi
