Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Operations Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers via phone to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
- Providing accurate information regarding orders, billing, and other account management tasks
- Demonstrating empathy and understanding in all customer interactions
- Documenting customer interactions and following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborating with team members and leadership to improve customer experience
Education and Experience
We're seeking individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a continuous learner mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. If you're a compassionate people-person who thrives on connecting with customers and resolving their issues with empathy, we want to talk to you!
