Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to careerzynith products and services.
  • Assisting customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Technical proficiency with computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer service platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform job duties remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
