Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Live Chat Support: Engage with customers through live chat, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, utilizing critical thinking skills to identify problems and implement solutions quickly.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within our systems to ensure a streamlined process and provide insights for future interactions.

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you'll need:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a live chat setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
