Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth for careerzynith by engaging with customers via chat, encouraging them to place orders, and closing sales directly on the chat. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with customers, and you'll have access to daily training, a Q&A group, and mentors to help you achieve your goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers using careerzynith's software
- Engage with customers via chat and encourage them to place orders
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using careerzynith's system
- Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions and Q&A groups to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with mentors to achieve sales targets and improve performance
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with sales software and technology
Preferred Qualifications
