  • *Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift, your primary responsibilities will include
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing our proprietary software to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working independently from home, with regular check-ins and support from our management team
  • *Computer Requirements To ensure a seamless and productive experience, we require the following computer specifications
  • A personal desktop computer or laptop with a minimum I5 processor
  • 8 GB of RAM Memory or more
  • Internet minimum Speed 50MBPS
  • Operating System Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • Browser Internet Explorer 11 or Chrome
  • 2 Monitors Capable of displaying at least 1024 X 768 pixels
  • Sound Must have a sound card installed and be equipped with speakers or headphones
  • USB Headset A headset that plugs into your computer
  • *Approved Anti-Virus Software Our IT team will guide you through computer & virus protection. We recommend using either ESET or McAfee, which are both approved by careerzynith.
