The Finance Business Partner – Innovation is responsible for driving strategic financial insight and decision-making across Radiometer’s innovation and R&D portfolio, directly influencing how we prioritise, fund, and scale innovation globally. The role plays a critical part in maximising the return on innovation investments by increasing transparency, strengthening portfolio choices, and ensuring resources are deployed where they create the highest value. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global FP&A, is part of the Global Finance team in Radiometer and will be working remotely to partner with the senior leadership team of Acute Care Diagnostics in Radiometer. In this role, you will: Influence innovation strategy and investment decisions Collaborate closely with senior leadership across functions Play a key role in a global finance transformation journey In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive strategic decision-making by connecting financial insights with key business drivers across Innovation, R&D and Strategy Shape innovation portfolio prioritisation, balancing short-term performance with long-term value creation Develop and embed R&D project costing frameworks, improving transparency, resource allocation and productivity Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis to support innovation initiatives, partnerships and investments Act as a trusted finance partner in strategy processes, planning cycles and operating reviews The essential requirements of the job include: Proven experience in business partnering, FP&A or strategic finance roles Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments Solid understanding of value drivers and business performance Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Working with innovation, R&D or product development organisations Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences industries Application We continuously assess candidates and invite them for interviews, so please don’t hesitate to write and send in the application.
