Fitness Coaching Appointment Setter – Remote Phone Sales, or Inside Sales
Part time Appointment Setter – Remote, Phone (High-Energy, Coachable) We're a fast-growing online health coaching company helping busy moms transform their bodies and lives. We get a steady flow of inbound leads every day, and we need someone warm, sharp, and relentless on the phone to be the first voice they hear. This is a phone-first role. You are not closing sales. Your one job call new leads fast, have a short 10-minute conversation to see if we can actually help them, and book the right ones into a longer call with our coaching team. What you'll do day to day
- Run a short, friendly 10-20minute qualifying conversation using our proven script
- Book qualified leads into a 60-minute call with our head coach.
- Follow up with no-shows, reschedules, and leads who went quiet
- Log every call and outcome in our CRM You're a fit if you
- Sound genuinely warm and high-energy on the phone, not robotic
- Are comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- Take coaching and follow a framework while still sounding human
- Are reliable and self-managed (this is remote)
- Bonus experience in appointment setting, phone sales, or the health/fitness space Hours Flexible Part time hours| Location Remote To apply Record a 60–90 second voice clip (Loom, voice memo, whatever) telling us why you'd be great on the phone.
