Full Stack Developer

Company Overview: brightfin provides clients with a suite of IT financial management and managed software subscriptions to enable your organization to rationalize, comprehend, normalize, optimize, and allocate spend to clearly show IT’s value in delivering revenue, services, and organizational enablement for the enterprise The Role: You will own features end-to-end — from data model to UI — across our ServiceNow-native platform and the decoupled services we are building alongside it. You will pair daily with AI agents to design, build, test, and ship. You will set the bar for what AI-driven development looks like at Brightfin. What you own Features end-to-end. Schema, API, UI, tests, observability. We do not split front and back across people — we split it across agents. AI-driven development. You orchestrate Claude, Cursor, Codex, and our internal agents to ship faster than a traditional team. You write the prompts, you review the output, you own the result. Production code in our platform. JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, React, and Python where the data lives. ServiceNow scoped apps where the integration runs. Tests are non-negotiable. Agents help you write them; you own that they actually catch what they should. The next pattern. You find a workflow that saves the team a day a week, you document it, you teach it. We learn in public. What you bring: Non-negotiables Experience shipping production software across the stack. Strong judgement and sense of urgency Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and modern React. Comfort in Python or another backend language. Fluent AI-assisted workflow. You already use Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent as a primary part of how you build. You can describe specifically how AI changed the way you ship. Systems thinking. You design before you code. You can defend a tradeoff in plain language to a non-engineer. Strongly preferred ServiceNow platform experience — scoped apps, GlideRecord, REST integrations, Now Experience UI Framework. Experience building or extending AI agents — LangGraph, AutoGen, custom orchestration, or MCP servers. Background in data-heavy SaaS — analytics, finance, telecom, or cloud cost management.
