Handle customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically via phone and e-mail, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every touchpoint. Engage customers with in-depth knowledge of SIXT's products, services, and mobility solutions to find the best fit for their needs. Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service. Identify and escalate complex cases when needed, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Contribute as an active team player, supporting administrative tasks and sharing knowledge to continuously improve team performance. YOUR SKILLS Language proficiency: Native or near-native German speaker with fluent English skills (additional languages are a plus!). Customer focus: A genuine passion for service excellence and helping customers find the right solution. Professional experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role. Technical skills: Solid knowledge of MS Office tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a positive and professional tone at all times.
