We are now looking for a Global Change Facilitator to join our growing Technology Strategy Phorum team. Our work helps organisations achieve: Faster speed to market Reduced manufacturing costs De-risked technology investment Improved supply resilience Lower waste and emissions Greater operational efficiency The Role As a Global Change Facilitator, you will lead and facilitate industry workstreams made up of senior experts from across the global biopharma sector. You’ll create highly collaborative environments that help members solve complex manufacturing and operational challenges, guiding projects from concept through to delivery. This role combines: facilitation stakeholder engagement project leadership strategic thinking change management You’ll work on initiatives focused on areas such as future facility design, autonomous process systems, and technology adoption, helping deliver outputs including industry guidance, benchmarking reports, business case frameworks, and strategic tools. About You We’re looking for someone with experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMOs, or consulting who enjoys collaboration and driving meaningful change. You will bring: Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills Experience leading projects or change initiatives The ability to simplify complex topics into actionable outcomes A proactive and adaptable mindset Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments Location This is a home-based role with occasional UK and international travel to support member meetings and industry events.
