Role Overview – Why This Position Matters

The Global Customer Onboarding Strategist is a pivotal member of the careerzynith Customer Solutions (GCS) team. In this role, you will partner with new and existing B2B clients to design, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns that drive tangible business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, blending strategic insight with hands‑on execution to ensure that each client’s onboarding experience is seamless, data‑driven, and aligned with their growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships with B2B clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and industry dynamics.
  • Onboarding Execution: Lead end‑to‑end onboarding projects, from initial discovery calls to campaign launch, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Strategic Pitch Development: Craft customized pitches and solution proposals that align careerzynith’s advertising suite with each client’s performance targets.
  • Data‑Driven Insight Generation: Analyze campaign data, extract actionable insights, and deliver strategic recommendations that improve ROI and drive growth.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, operations, and support teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and champion client needs internally.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding processes, develop best‑practice playbooks, and share knowledge across the global GCS organization.
  • Market Strategy Execution: Execute targeted business strategies for specific verticals and regions, adapting messaging to local market nuances.
  • Proactive Communication: Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings, providing updates, education, and support.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activation rates, spend growth, and client satisfaction, reporting results to leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in advertising, business development, online media, or marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success meeting B2B sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
