HCM DevOps Engineer
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled
HCM DevOps Engineer
to join our team and support enterprise cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Converged Cloud, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, SUSE Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation. This role requires hands-on experience building scalable cloud environments, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), managing containerized workloads, and supporting modern DevOps and GitOps practices. ## Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps solutions for enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Manage and support infrastructure within SAP Converged Cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform and Ansible.
- Administer and troubleshoot SUSE Linux environments.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash.
- Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD.
- Manage secrets and secure configurations using HashiCorp Vault.
- Support cloud infrastructure and services across enterprise environments.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve deployment processes.
- Support multi-tenant platforms and cloud-native solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
## Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong expertise with SAP Converged Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Strong automation experience using Ansible.
- Advanced knowledge of SUSE Linux administration.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- Experience with cloud computing environments and database technologies.
- Knowledge of GitOps practices and tools such as Argo CD.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management.
- Experience building, implementing, or supporting multi-tenant solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of container security and Kubernetes best practices.
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud deployments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience supporting HCM applications and platforms.
