Head of Finance / CFO
About the Role
We're seeking a Head of Finance / CFO to own the entire finance function as we scale significantly. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build and lead a growing finance team while embracing a lean, AI-first philosophy.
What You'll Do
Build and establish the FP&A function from the ground up Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations Manage treasury and capital strategy Optimize financial operations and reporting infrastructure Partner with executive leadership on financial planning and growth strategy Oversee accounting, financial controls, and compliance
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a CFO or Head of Finance at a scaling technology or logistics company Strong background in financial planning, fundraising, and capital management Ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on approach in early-stage environments Experience with operations and supply chain finance a plus Familiarity with AI and technology-driven businesses preferred Compensation & Details Competitive equity and salary package commensurate with experience.
