About the Role

As Head of Marketing, Brand & Customer Growth, your focus will be to build and position a magnetic brand around transformational leadership and personal development products, translate deep customer insight into meaningful, human-centered communication, create campaigns and narratives that people genuinely connect with, and apply your strategic and creative thinking within a global, online environment. This role draws on experience across marketing strategy, brand management, digital campaigns, customer analytics, and commercial growth. It operates within a performance-based, independent structure, where results are not capped by hierarchy, internal politics, or predefined salary bands, but shaped by your input, consistency, and capability.

You want more control over how you work and earn, more space to think and create, and a model where your contribution is more directly reflected in your results. Experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, customer insights, campaign execution, or growth marketing will be highly relevant.
