Health Informatics Manager - Training (Fully Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Health Informatics Manager - Training (fully Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $137,308 – $226,559 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination of health informatics activities to enhance patient care quality
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals on enterprise-wide informatics projects
  • Guide standardization and adoption of evidence-based processes across care
  • Leverage health IT and process improvement tools to meet clinical goals
  • Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and value delivery
  • Direct strategy and optimization of policies and processes within the system
  • Advise and support regional efforts to align with functional priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics or related field required
  • Minimum of five years of leadership experience in health informatics roles
  • Experience in a multi-hospital system is essential
  • Proven consensus builder in collaborative environments
  • Certification from a national informatics certifying body preferred
  • Master's degree in Informatics or related field is a plus
