As we expand, we are looking for a driven High Ticket Closer to join our team and help connect more learners with our programs.Key Responsibilities
- Fully own the sales cycle from touch point to close: Ensure that leads are qualified when they enter your calendar, have a discovery conversation and then help prospect make the best decision for themselves to reach fluency.
- Sales & Closing: Guide prospects through our sales process and confidently close deals.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into paying students.
- CRM Management: Keep track of conversations and leads in our system to ensure an organized and efficient sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to improve the sales strategy and optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications
Requirements & Skills
- 3+ years proven experience as a High Ticket Closer in the coaching space (preferably with a non-financial ROI offer)
- Excellent Communication & Persuasion Skills
- Results-Driven & Self-Motivated
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work independently, manage your calendar, prioritize tasks, and self-motivate in a remote environment.
- Experience in Online Education or Language Learning is a plus
