• Review and process medication prior authorization requests according to established guidelines and policies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in medication guidelines.

 Required Skills and Qualifications: Â

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential (preferred).

• Strong understanding of medical terminology.

Â

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Â

• Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry.

Â

• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Previous experience in pharmacy operations is a plus.
