You will provide services as an independent business entity under a formal independent contractor agreement. Role Summary: We are seeking an HR Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic, international HR function. This role focuses on providing operational and administrative support to the HR Manager, ensuring that core HR processes are executed smoothly and efficiently across the organization. In this role, you will act as a key support partner, helping manage routine HR activities, maintain organization, and ensure timely execution of tasks and priorities. Transparent payment system. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct support to the HR Manager in daily operations, helping manage workload and ensure smooth execution of tasks. Act as a first point of contact for employees, handling routine questions on benefits, policies, and HR processes, and escalating when needed. Support core HR processes, including time-off administration, employee lifecycle activities, and HR documentation. Assist with coordination of performance reviews, scheduling, tracking progress, and sending reminders. Help organize and follow up on HR priorities, ensuring tasks and deadlines are effectively managed. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication. Assist with payroll and benefits administration, particularly for US-based employees. Collaborate with international teams and support HR reporting and administrative tasks. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a similar HR support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Package. English proficiency: C1 level or higher (required), with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with US-based HR processes is beneficial. Basic experience with HR reporting and data tracking. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international, cross-cultural teams, including US stakeholders.
