HR Interviewer or Admin Job Name: HR Interviewer or Admin Job City - Spokane, WA Job Location - Spokane, WA Location: Remote Hours Required: 5 Hours/week Compensation: Volunteer (unpaid) Role Mission: The Hiring Pack is responsible for advertising volunteer roles, admin and interviewing new volunteers. Job Summary: We need help in all three areas of our Hiring Pack. These roles are broken out to be small, 5 hours a week. You can choose from Hiring Admin (managing ads or candidates) or Interviewer. You are the first impression for people who want to volunteer with us and the gatekeepers to keep out crazy! Hiring Admin will either help manage job ads, turning them on or off as needed. Or you will be reaching out to candidates to schedule their volunteer interviews. Interviewers will have a short conversation with the candidates to make sure they are a good fit with the Rescue culture and manage expectations. Training offered for both role. Our Mission

At Path of Hope Rescue we save pregnant dogs and puppies from high kill shelters in the Southern United States. Our Spokane, Washington based Rescue strives to decrease the euthanasia rate of high risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We do not have a kennel or building location and are 100% foster based. We currently have two paid employees and rely heavily on volunteers and fosters as we work to build out our paid staff roles. Our Vision. Eliminating euthanasia of dogs in the South by decreasing the amount of dogs breeding unchecked and becoming the number one dog destination in Spokane by capitalizing on Spokanes love of Rescue Dogs. No NGO status here, we dont take a single penny from the government. We are 100% funded by small donors and our adoption program, with a few small private grants here and there. We built this organization from the ground up in 2018 with $87. We are built tough and believe that hard work pays off. Were about rolling up our sleeves and taking responsibility for our own actions. We dont do drama. There are no victims here and the system isnt out to get you, the only thing standing in your way is you and your attitude. We reward merit, not DEI or pronouns. Where its normal for your dog to have his own Instagram and people who expect to be invited to your dogs birthday party.
