Job Description

As a Reliability Engineer Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our custom silicon products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability and quality plans, and drive supplier performance to meet our high standards. Your expertise in semiconductor planning, JEDEC reliability and quality standards, and ISO will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement reliability and quality plans for custom silicon products

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of plans
  • Drive supplier performance to meet careerzynith's high standards
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with careerzynith's quality and reliability standards
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality and reliability issues
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of plans

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor planning, reliability, and quality
  • Expertise in JEDEC reliability and quality standards, ISO, and semiconductor planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor planning, reliability, and quality
  • Experience with process streams, judgments, and managing supplier execution
  • Familiarity with FAI (First Article Inspection) and PCN (Product Change Notification) processes
  • Experience with 8D and reporting processes
