Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Looking for your next career home? We’ve got an amazing opportunity for you! Randstad, in partnership with our client—a wildly popular, female-founded, and led activewear brand known for its buttery-soft fabrics and inclusive, community-driven culture—is seeking a talented professional to join their growing team. If you thrive in a warm, collaborative, and fast-paced environment where your work truly impacts global operations, this is the place for you! Here are the high-level details you need to know:

  • Job Title: Inbound Logistics Specialist
  • Role Type: 7-Month Temporary Contract
  • Work Location: 100% Remote (Based out of Culver City, CA)
  • Target Start Date: June 15, 2026
  • Team Vibe: Passionate, honest, warm, enthusiastic, and fun!

About the Role

As the Inbound Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding and enhancing our client’s supply chain operations. This position is all about building the foundation—you’ll be responsible for establishing and managing new standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inbound logistics to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine as they transition toward offshore vendors. You’ll report directly to the Logistics Manager and collaborate across multiple departments to manage various moving pieces. What You’ll Do:

  • Build the Blueprint: Develop, document, and implement SOPs for inbound logistics, aligning them with the shift to offshore vendors.
  • Coordinate & Track: Manage and track all inbound shipments from domestic and offshore vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Vendor Harmony: Act as the primary liaison with vendors to coordinate shipments, proactively addressing any supply chain hiccups or delays.
  • Optimize Processes: Keep a sharp eye out for ways to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate: Partner closely with procurement, warehouse, and QA teams to keep communication seamless and inventory records accurate.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination (bonus points if it’s heavily focused on inbound logistics!).
  • A strong understanding of supply chain processes and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Top-tier organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a smile.
  • Preferred: Experience with offshore vendor management and knowledge of international shipping/customs regulations.

Why You’ll Love Working Here: Our client doesn't just talk about community and inclusivity; they live it. They celebrate diversity in all forms and encourage their team to give back through initiatives like "Social Good Days." Though they operate as an independent, standalone brand, they are backed by the global capabilities of a world-renowned apparel leader, giving you the perfect blend of a tight-knit, entrepreneurial culture and enterprise-level stability. Ready to apply? If you are a logistics pro who loves a warm, welcoming company culture, we want to hear from you! Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status. At Randstad, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
