Insurance Producer Farmers Insurance Agency (100% Remote, Nationwide)
Job Overview Great producers look for teams they can win with. We're building a high-performing insurance sales team focused on growth, accountability, competition, and results. This opportunity is ideal for experienced producers who are motivated, persuasive, confident, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment. We are looking for insurance professionals who enjoy winning business, building rapport quickly, influencing decisions, and closing deals. The right person for this role is self-motivated, goal-oriented, competitive, and energized by production, income growth, and opportunity. This position is 100% remote nationwide, selling into Idaho and your resident state (if available). A hybrid or in-office option is available for candidates located in the Boise, Idaho metro area. Compensation includes a $2,500/month base salary plus commission. Most producers earn $63,400–$128,700 annually, with top performers exceeding $140,000. The compensation structure is designed to reward production, consistency, and results. Salary Range: $63,400.00 - $128,700.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license in good standing (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a major insurance carrier
- Life & Health license (strong plus)
- Proven sales production, follow-through, and closing ability
- Strong communication, persuasion, and influence skills
- Motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation and sales goals
- Resume submission and completion of the required assessment process
Responsibilities
- Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance, with Life & Health opportunities
- Conduct consultative coverage conversations and policy reviews
- Work both agency-provided leads and self-sourced business
- Prospect for new business opportunities and maintain pipeline activity
- Build rapport quickly and confidently ask for the sale
- Handle objections and influence buying decisions effectively
- Build, retain, and grow a long-term book of business
- Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline independently
- Contribute to a competitive, team-oriented sales culture
- Maintain licensing, compliance, and accurate documentation
