Licensed Medicare Agent - $300 Commission per Sale + Residuals
Unity Senior Health is hiring Medicare Sales Agents — field, telesales, or both. If you're a licensed agent who is hungry, self-directed, and ready to earn without a ceiling, keep reading. How You'll Work Telesales agents take inbound calls from seniors who are actively looking to review their Medicare coverage. These are not cold calls — seniors are calling in, ready to talk. Field agents can take pre-set in-home appointments with seniors in their area and can also self-generate through referrals, community events, and their personal network. You choose your path. We provide the infrastructure. Our Platform We are an AI and tech-enabled agency. Our all-in-one platform includes a built-in dialer, CRM, text system, carrier search portals, and AI-assisted case management — so you spend your time selling, not managing back-end work.
Requirements
- Active health/life insurance license (required)
- AHIP 2026 certified, or ready to complete it
- Medicare Advantage experience preferred; strong sales background essential
- Wired internet, two monitors, and a headset (telesales agents)
- Reliable transportation (field agents)
- Self-directed, coachable, and ready to perform from day one
